We, as a design firm, recognize the need for experienced workers in this industry, however there are far less skilled workers than the demand. That&#8217;s also one of the reasons we&#8217;ve expanded our training offerings, because solar has a bright future, but only with the necessary skills and training. Any industry requires some level of education, which is where Outright Training comes in. We first want to raise awareness among recent graduates with this goal.</p>

<p style="color: #000;">Our CAD Designers used SketchUp software to make a 3D model of the college building without even visiting it to demonstrate how it works in Solar. Our design team&#8217;s work wowed the college&#8217;s head of admissions and placement officer. They worked well with our staff and inspired children to become more conscious of their surroundings.</p>

Online education is not a new notion. It&#8217;s been around for quite some time. The pandemic, as well as advances in technology and connection, are the primary drivers of the online learning revolution. Offline education, on the other hand, is the traditional learning approach in which students and teachers interact face to face. Both types of teaching have their benefits and drawbacks.</p>
<p style="color: #000;">Some of the advantages of Online Education are that it makes no difference where you are, time is saved, and it is less expensive and more convenient, it&#8217;s adaptable; it can be accessed from anyplace with an internet connection and a device with flexible hours.</p>
<p style="color: #000;">If we talk about disadvantages Isolation is one of the disadvantages of online education, there is no development of interpersonal skills and will be no competition. So, while online learning is less expensive, more convenient, and flexible, one big drawback is the lack of social interaction.</p>
<p style="color: #000;">And what I mean is that with Online Sessions, you don’t get those brief discussions in the corridor between classes or the valuable breaks during a long lecture where you can ask the teacher questions. In that sense, because human interaction is limited to a minimal, Online Learning may become rather isolating.</p>
<p style="color: #000;">On the other hand, here are some of the advantages of Offline Education: Teachers may pay close attention to each student, address their concerns, and resolve them quickly by monitoring on an individual basis. Face-to-face communication develops interpersonal abilities in a competitive environment in offline classroom. There are also some drawbacks like dependency on educators and fixed timetable location.</p>

<p style="color: #000;">India has set an ambitious goal of 450 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030. The Indian government is putting a strong emphasis on expanding the renewable energy market.</p>
<p style="color: #000;"><strong>The solar energy market in India is divided into four main segments.</strong><br />
<strong>1.</strong> The Utility Scale Market in India is the largest. Solar electricity generated at utility scale is sold to power distribution companies. These are usually major projects with capacities ranging from 50 to 500 megawatts.<br />
<strong>2.</strong> Open Access Procurement for Corporate Procurement. Private developers often sign up 10–15-year contracts for these projects, which range in size from 1 to 50 megawatts.<br />
<strong>3.</strong> Market for Solar Panels on Rooftops Residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar markets exist in India. In India, commercial and industrial customers pay a higher power tariff from making rooftop solar systems profitable.<br />

Due to the photoelectric effect, photovoltaic cells generate a flow of electric charge inside the solar panel when exposed to sunlight. This current flows through a network of wires that connects arrays of solar panels. The inverter system receives power from the solar panels. The inverter is a device that converts direct current (DC) electricity to alternating current (AC) electricity that matches the utility grid&#8217;s frequency and can be used to power your home!</p>


<p style="color: #000;">In a grid-tied system, the inverter is “tied in” or interconnected to the electrical system of the house, building, or facility usually in the main electric service panel, although some systems are tied into “sub” or distribution panels, pending certain criteria are met. During daylight hours, the AC electricity output by the solar inverter(s) is back fed onto the main panel, and that electricity is used up by any loads or demand (lights, AC, fans, machinery, anything!).</p>

<p style="color: #000;">There are many panel manufacturers that build panels containing both mono and polycrystalline wafers to form solar cells, capable of harvesting energy from a wider spectrum of light. If space is limited on your roof or project site, a higher-efficiency, monocrystalline panel may be preferred, and could result in a better return on investment (ROI).</p>

<p style="color: #000;">A lower-cost, slightly less efficient polycrystalline panel, on the other hand, might be the best fit for your needs. Make sure to inquire about the type of cell in your solar system design (&#8220;mono or poly&#8221;), as this distinction may have an impact on the aesthetics and economics of your project.</p>


<p style="color: #000;">It’s important that your solar panel array(s) are installed in areas that receive good insolation (sun exposure) throughout the day, free from as much shading from trees or neighbouring obstructions as possible. This will ensure your system is as productive as possible, given the site conditions.</p>
